Housing Programs

The Housing Authority of the City of Roswell only offers public housing. It does not administer the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. Income eligibility is 80% or area median income by size of household. Currently these amounts as of 2023 are:

Rent is based in a person’s income and is calculated at a rate of 30 percent of adjusted income minus a utility allowance.
