April 18, 2012
The regular meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Roswell has been changed from Monday, April 30, 2012 to Thursday, May 3, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Community Room at 199 Grove Way, Roswell, GA 30075.
2012 Residents Meeting Schedule
New Lease Draft
As a result of the adoption of an updated Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan (ACOP) in the summer of 2011, the Authority has drafted a new lease to conform to the revised policy. Upon adoption by the Board of Commissioners a public review process of at least thirty (30) days will be initiated. This or a modified version of the lease based on public input will be acted upon in January of 2012 by the Board of Commissioners for implementation. Click here to view the latest lease draft.
